Barbie was such a fantastic, resourceful, and helpful agent! We originally were planning to list FSBO, but after a poor start, we contacted Barbie about our house that we wanted to sell. Our home was a busy place for 27 years of enjoyment of watching our kids grow up, cooking over the fire pit, go to college, get jobs, and start families. The hallways and rooms became void of all the sounds of laughter and conversations as the kids had moved on. The house became a lot quieter and it was decided it was time to downsize and let a new younger couple come on scene with young ones in tow to take over the adventures that awaited them here.
